WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SHIPPING DELIVERIES THAT MAY BE AFFECTED BY CUSTOMS, NATURAL OCCURRENCES, TRANSFERS FROM USPS TO THE LOCAL CARRIER IN YOUR COUNTRY OR AIR AND GROUND TRANSPORTATION STRIKES OR DELAYS, NOR ANY EXTRA FEES, CUSTOMS OR BACK-END CHARGES ONCE THE PACKAGE HAS EXITED THE UNITED STATES.
PACKAGES UNDELIVERABLE BY USPS OR DAMAGED ITEMS WILL BE ISSUED STORE CREDIT FOR THE ITEM(S) ONLY. A REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
IF YOUR ITEM IS DAMAGED UPON DELIVERY, YOU MUST REQUEST AN EXCHANGE WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE YOUR ORDER IS RECEIVED.
ONCE YOUR DAMAGED PRODUCT RETURN IS RECEIVED AND INSPECTED, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU IF YOUR RETURN IS ACCEPTED OR DECLINED.
DAMAGED ITEMS MUST BE UNUSED, IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH TAGS ATTACHED.
