Order cancellations and modifications
Order confirmation emails may be delayed as a result of high order volume. Please contact our customer service team hey@obsrdclothing.com if you have not received your confirmation email after 24 hours of your purchase.
Due to the extremely limited nature of our products, all sales are final. Orders can not be cancelled, changed or modified once they have been placed. Please ensure all info is correct before submitting your order.
We cannot cancel or modify orders once they are placed and will only ship to the address provided at checkout. Delivery cannot be altered at any time.
Due to high volume, we can only process orders as they are received. We cannot combine shipping on orders to the same address. All orders placed through the website are subject to availability and acceptance. In the event that the item you purchased is no longer available, we will notify you as soon as we can.
We reserve the right to change the products listed on the website without prior notice and/or may limit from time to time the quantity of products that may be ordered during a single buying session. We may also modify or discontinue any products on the website. If OBSRD CLOTHING discontinues the item you have ordered, we will issue you a full refund for any product purchased but not yet shipped.
Shipping
FREE SHIPPING ON ALL US ORDERS OVER $75
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We ship worldwide! International shipping prices vary by country and the weight of your order. For international orders that have been in-transit for over 20 days, please reach out to your local customs office to see if the package is available for pickup or has otherwise been held up due to customs fees.
Processing time for orders could take up to 10 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays). These times may be extended during holidays, launches/restocks, limited edition releases and promotions. Once shipped, delivery time within the United States is 10-14 business days and 14-21 business days internationally. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. Please note, we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by, but not limited to, the following: customs, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes/delays or transfers from US mail carriers to international mail carriers.
Returns and exchanges
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds/exchanges, nor do we allow cancellations/ returns. Items will not be replaced or exchanged for any reason. OBSRDCLOTHING.com reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.

Due to limited available quantities, we can only offer a return for items that are received damaged.
Once your damaged product return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined.
Items must be unused, in their original condition with tags attached.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
